How It Works

Creating a quote takes just a few steps directly inside the Deal record:

Open any Deal record. Find the "Quote Builder" tab on the right CRM Card panel.
Fill in the details. Enter sender company info, buyer contact details, line items, and terms.
Click Generate Quote. The app generates a native HubSpot Quote object and links it to the Deal.
Share. Copy the quote link from the HubSpot Quotes panel or enable e-Signature for buyer sign-off.
