1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PropHierarchy Assoc by AdviVest application ("App"), which is provided as a HubSpot App Marketplace integration. By installing, connecting, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
AdviVest offers tools to configure dependent cascading property trees and filtered association picker picklists. Features depend on your subscription level. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without notice.
3. Usage Limits
Your access is subject to limits depending on your selected tier (number of active hierarchies, option node limits, and active association rules). If your account exceeds the thresholds defined by your plan tier, you must upgrade to restore full editing capabilities.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to bypass security restrictions, reverse engineer the application logic, crawl the API endpoints, or load malicious payloads into database configurations.
5. Account Registration
To use the admin settings, you must register a secure admin account linked to your HubSpot Portal ID. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
6. Termination
You can disconnect the App at any time from your HubSpot Settings panel. We reserve the right to suspend or block access to accounts that violate these Terms or have outstanding billing charges.
7. Service Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR ALWAYS INTERACT WITH HUBSPOT NATIVE UPDATES WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF THE INSTALLATION OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INTEGRATION.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
