Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Dedupe Desk (the “App”), provided by AdviVest Intelligent (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation that owns the HubSpot account.
1. The Service
The App finds possible duplicate contacts and companies in your HubSpot account and lets you merge, archive or dismiss them. It connects to HubSpot through the HubSpot API using the permissions you approve at install.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the HubSpot account, its users and the data in it, and for having the right to process that data.
- Review each duplicate before you act. Matching is probabilistic and can be wrong.
- Merging contacts or companies in HubSpot is permanent and cannot be undone by us or by HubSpot. Archived records follow HubSpot’s own restore rules.
- You must not use the App to break the law or HubSpot’s terms, or to disrupt the service.
3. Permissions
The App asks to read and write contacts and companies and to read their property definitions. It uses these only to provide the features described in the documentation.
4. Fees
Any fees are shown on the HubSpot Marketplace listing and billed according to that listing. We will give notice before changing prices.
5. Availability and Support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on HubSpot and our hosting providers. Support is available at advivest@gmail.com.
6. Data and Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Warranty and Liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending Use
You can uninstall the App from HubSpot at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Stored data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after that date means you accept them.
