Privacy Policy
AdviVest Intelligent (“we”) provides Dedupe Desk. This policy explains what data the App handles and why. We act as a processor of the contact and company data in your HubSpot account, on your instructions.
1. What We Collect

We do not collect payment details, do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to train models.
2. How Data Is Protected
- All traffic uses HTTPS. Requests from HubSpot are verified with HubSpot’s signature.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
- Each account’s data is isolated by account ID in every query.
3. Sub-processors
- Vercel Inc. for application hosting.
- Neon, Inc. for the database.
4. Deletion
When you uninstall the App, tokens stop working immediately and all stored data for your account is deleted within 30 days. HubSpot privacy-deletion events for a contact remove that contact from our stored data; contact and company deletion and merge events likewise remove those records. To request earlier deletion or a copy of your data, email advivest@gmail.com.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we process data for HubSpot account owners, we will forward requests from individual contacts to the account owner, or help the account owner fulfil them.
